Saul is a senior international tax lawyer and consultant, with over 20 years of practical experience advising clients and assisting them in structuring their international activities in a tax efficient manner.

Saul’s experience includes assisting corporations, private equity, and institutional investors in international transactions. This included advice in relation to structuring, financing, supply chain, IPOs and evaluating the impact of the ever-changing legal landscape on his clients’ activities.

A particular field of interest are real estate investments on which Saul has advised clients in relation to transactions in all continents.

Saul believes in the importance of an in depth understanding of detail and hands on management of process relating to the client’s tax position.

Saul was an international tax partner at EY until the end of 2019, he holds an LLB from the university of Essex (UK), an LLM in European Business Law from the Pallas Consortium (EU) and is a member of the Israeli bar.
