Neofytos, a qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant in England & Wales (ICAEW), has more than 44 years of professional tax experience, advising and assisting local and international clients in structuring their operations in a tax efficient manner.

Neofytos has extensive experience in international tax planning, on structuring operations and group structures for global clients in the banking and financial industry (including the FX business), the oil and gas industry, the construction and hotel industry, the manufacturing and service industries etc. and his clients included major local and international groups. 

 

Neofytos was a senior tax partner and head of the international tax services group in EY Cyprus for 30 years, and 6 years as the Regional Head of Tax for Baker Tilly Southeast Europe.

Neofytos is a lecturer for the Cyprus paper for the ADIT (Advance Diploma in International Taxation awarded by the Chartered Institute of Taxation in the UK) qualification. Using his company Redimus, Neofytos established a comprehensive, one-stop tax portal for all tax-related matters in Cyprus and internationally and provides semi-annual specialized tax courses on international taxation issues to professionals.

 

Neofytos, for the last thirteen years, has been acting as a special advisor to the Cypriot Ministers of Finance on double tax treaty issues and negotiations as well as other tax issues.
