Dan has over 18 years of experience in transfer pricing practices of the Big 4 accounting firms and transfer pricing boutiques where he performed transfer pricing planning and documentation projects across various industries including high-tech, consumer goods, biotechnology and real estate.

Dan also has extensive experience in intangible assets related transactions and intellectual property valuations as well as debt financing analyses.

Dan’s experience expands across continents working at EY in Tel Aviv, followed by PWC in Dublin Ireland and then in Perth Australia. Dan also served as Ness Technologies’ in-house transfer pricing manager.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from York University, Toronto.
